Chicken Soup, quick

6oz | Stove Top Stuffing Mix, I use turkey |
4c | water |
4t | Better Than Bouillon |
1 medium | carrot, pealed, sliced 1/4" thick |
1 stalk | celery, sliced thin |
1 small | onion, pealed, quartered and thin sliced |
12oz | canned chicken, breast, Kirkland Signature brand, drained |
Prepare stuffing per package instructions. Set aside.
In a medium sauce pan add water, bouillon and sliced vegetables. bring to a boil. Cover and simmer till soft about 10 minutes. Remove from heat add canned chicken breast. Ladle into bowls top each with a 1/2 cup dollup of stuffing. Serve immediately.
NOTE; godd to make with left-over turkey, and dressing. Serve with fresh baked buttered bisquick biscuit topped with whipped jellied cranberry.
Idea; try making a creamed/ or gravied version.
