Whole Wheat Pancakes

1.25 cups | skim milk |
1 large | egg |
1 T | canola oil |
1 cup | whole wheat flour |
1 t | low sodium baking powder |
Mix oats with milk, let stand 5 mins. Add egg and oil then mix. Add dry ingredients. Cook until golden.
