Steak with Veggie Salsa

1 medium | zucchini diced |
1 | tomato diced |
1 | yellow bell pepper diced |
1 small | red onion diced |
1/4 cup | cilantro chopped |
1 T | lime juice |
1 clove | garlic, minced |
1/4 t | sea salt |
3/4 t | black pepper |
1/4 t | chili powder |
4 4-oz. steaks | trimmed of fat |
Combine first seven ingredients and pinch salt and pepper. Sprinkle chili powder, salt and powder onto steaks. Cook steaks, let rest for 5 minutes, then top with salsa.
