Chocolate Hazelnut Crispy Squares

1/2 cup | raw hazelnuts, coursely chopped |
1.5 cups | unsweetened brown rice cereal |
3/4 cup | rolled oats |
2.5 oz. | dark chocolate, (70%<) |
1 cup | dates, pureed until smooth |
1/2 cup | hazelnut butter, (or other unsalted nut butter) |
2 T | raw honey |
Mix hazelnuts, cereal and oats. Melt chocolate over double boiler. Remove from heat and stir in dates, butter and honey. Set bowl over double boiler if stiffens. Add chocolate mixture to nuts. Spread into a 9" x 11" x 2" pan. Allow to set for 30 mins-1 hour. Cut into 1.5" squares.
