    8 oz.  chicken breast
    1 medium  portobello mushroom, (4 oz.)
    1 T  fresh rosemary
    1 t  fresh thyme
    1 t  olive oil
    1 t  balsamic vinegar
    2 3-oz.  whole wheat focaccia bread, (about 4" x 5")
    4 oz.  part skim mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
    1 large  tomato, sliced
    2 small  scallions, chopped
    1/2 c  fresh basil, thinly sliced

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice chicken and mushrooms into 1/2" strips. Sprinkle with rosemary and thyme. Stir oil and vinegar into small bowl and sprinkle on chicken and mushroom. Roast for 15 minutes. Toast focaccia. Assemble sandwich.
