| 150 gr | farina 00 |
| 60 gr | burro |
| 1 cucchiaio | olio |
| origano o altre spezie | |
| 100 gr | olive verdi |
| un pizzico | sale, ( poco perchè le olive sono già salate !) |
Procedimento:
Scolare le olive e tritarle.
Mescolarle alla farina, burro a pezzetti (morbido) , olio, spezie e un pizzico di sale
Amalgamare bene il tutto e formate delle palline schiacciate.
Disponetele su carta forno e cuocetele a 180 gradi per 20 minuti circa.
