Paper cup cones Roasting tin with holes cut to fit cones 12 | |
3 c | sugar |
1 1/8 c | cocoa powder |
2 1/4 c | all p flour |
2 1/4 tsp | baking soda |
2 1/4 | baking powder |
1 1/4 | salt |
3 | eggs |
1 1/2 c | milk |
3/4 veg oil | |
1 tsp | vanilla |
1 1/2 c | hot water |
Melted semi-sweet chocolate | |
dark chocolate, alternative | |
white chocolate |

Preheat 350 degrees.
Suspend tin over raised cookie sheet. Sift dry ingredients mix with electric whisk.
Mix wet ingredients. Add to dry mix on low for 5 min. Add hot water. Fill cups 3/4 of the way. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min.
Refrigerate 2 hours. Run serrated knife over bottom for flat edge. Peel off paper. Melt chocolate and drizzle over top. Use red and green M&Ms pressed into chocolate.
