|3 bunches||Baby carrots|
|1 1/2 tbsp||butter|
Wash and scrub carrots, trim tops. Place in roasting pan, drizzle with olive oil. Salt, pepper and cumin.
Roast 350 degrees, 15-20 min until tender. Remove and place on stovetop med-high.
Add butter to pan. Once melted, added brown sugar. Add zest of orange. Squeeze remaining juice of orange on top. 2 min med-high temp.
