| 1 mehlig kochende Kartoffel (100g) | |

| 3 Stängel | Majoran |
| 1 1/4 l | Gemüsebrühe |
| 4 TL | Sahne |
Mangoldstiele würfeln, Blätter grob hacken, Lauch in feine Ringe schneiden, Kartoffel klein würfeln, Majoran Blättchen hacken, Knoblauch pressen.
Lauch Mangoldstiele und Knoblauch 3 min in öl dünsten, Kartoffel und Mangoldblätter kurz mitdünsten mit der Gemüsebrühe aufgiessen und ca 20 min kochen. Die hälfte der Suppe pürieren. Alles nochmals aufkochen und mit salz, pfeffer und muskatnuss abschmeken. pro portion 1 tl sahne servieren.
