| PUMPKIN BREAD (Debi) Triple Recipe | |
| 1 can | pumpkin or 3 cups, (15oz) |
| 4- 1/2 cups | sugar |
| 3/4 tsp | salt |
| 3 tsp | baking soda |
| 3 tsp | baking powder |
| 1-1/2 tsp | cinnamon,, (more) |
| 1-1/2 tsp | nutmeg,, (more) |
| 4-1/2 cups | flour |
| 1-1/2 cups | oil |
| 6 | eggs |
| Rum to taste,, (one slow pour around the bowl) | |
Fill greased loaf pans 3/4 full (don't over fill)
Bake 350 for 1 hour
Done when toothpick in center comes out clean
Makes 4 loaves or 10 mini loaves
