| 1 cup | butter |
| 1 1/2 cup | sugar |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1 tsp | baking soda |
| 2 3/4 cups | flour |
| 2 tsp | cream of tartar |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
Sugar coating-2 tbsp sugar and cinnamon.
Cream sugar, butter, and eggs.
Mix flour, soda, salt, and tartar. Add to butter mixture.
Chill for an hour.
Preheat oven 350. Bake 13 minutes.
Form dough into balls and roll in sugar coating.
