Cracker Toffee

Preheat oven 375 degrees
Grease cookie sheet & spread with crackers (saltines or graham or your
choice)
Heat 1 cup dark brown sugar and 1 cup butter (NOT margarine)
Boil for 4 minutes
Pour over crackers and bake 5 minutes
Remove from oven and sprinkle with 12oz package of chocolate chips
(semi-sweet, milk, white or your choice)
Wait a few minutes til chips are softened and spread over top
Sprinkle with nuts or not
Freeze til chocolate is set (15 minutes or so)
Crack into pieces and enjoy!
