Brownie au chocolat / pecan

| 200g | chocolat 50-70% |
| 130g | sucre |
| 150g | beurre |
| 1 sachet | sucre vanillé |
| 50g | farine |
| 3 | oeufs |
| 50g | noix de pécan |
| 1 pincée | sel |
Fondre le chocolat au bain Marie, puis y ajouter le beurre hors du feu.
Mélanger a coter le sucre, les oeufs battus et le sel jusqu'à obtenir une pâte bien homogène.
Ajouter le chocolat a la préparation, puis ajouter la farine tamisée et les noix.
Cuire a 180°C pendant 25mn.
