Broccoli Casserole

2 pkg. | frozen cuts of broccoli, (or fresh 2 heads) |
1 can | cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup | mayo |
1/2 cup | cheddar cheese |
2 tablespoons | chopped onion |
1/2 stick | butter |
Ritz or saltines cracker
Cook frozen or fresh broccoli for about 5 minutes.
Combine soup, mayo, cheese and onion in mixing bowl.
Drain broccoli.
Use non stick spray on 9x13 baking dish.
Place cooked broccoli in bottom of baking dish.
Spoon mixture of soup, mayo, cheese and onions on top of broccoli.
Crush choice of Ritz or saltine crackers on top of all ingredients until lightly covered and put pats of butter over crackers.
Bake at 350 degrees until mixture bubbles, about 30 minutes
