| 1/2 cup | butter |
| 1 | egg |
| 1/2 cup | evaporated milk |
| 1 cup | flour |
| 1 tsp. | baking powder |
| 2 tsp. | paprika |
| 1 tsp. | salt |
Melt butter in baking pan. Combine egg and milk. Sift flour, baking powder, paprika and salt. Place chicken in pan, skin side down after dipping in egg, then in flour.
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes, turn bake 30 min
