Pecan Pie Squares

Pecan Pie Squares Crust: Pie crust from a store rolled out to fit into 10X15 inch pan (spray with Pam first) Filling: | |
4 | eggs, slightly beaten |
1 ½ c | Karo syrup |
1 ½ tsp | vanilla |
1 ½ c | sugar |
3 Tbsp | margarine |
2 ½ c | chopped pecans |
Spray 10x15 inch jelly roll (cookie sheet) with Pam or other cooking spray.
Roll pie crust and place onto pan
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
Mix filling ingredients, except pecans, until blended. Pour over cooked crust. Sprinkle pecans on top. Bake 25 minutes.
