6 big | yams |
1/2 tsp | cinnamon |
4 tbsp | butter |
1 tbsp | lemon |
orange juice, alternative | |
1 12 oz can | baking powder |
Boil, or as I did, bake yams. Do not overcook. Cool and cut into chunks.
Make sauce with other ing. Cook over medium heat for a few minutes.
Add 2 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoons juice to thicken. Pour back
into casserole, and bake at 325 for 30 min, stirring once.
