Tomato Salsa - canned

| 1 1/2 cup(s) | chopped seeded jalapeno pepp |

| 2/3 cup(s) | lemon juice |
| 3 tbsp | chopped cilantro |
| 2 1/2 tsp | salt |
Combine ing.. and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for
30 min. Spoon into clean hot jars. Process in boiling water for 20 min.
Makes about 5 pints.
