    8 cup(s)  tomatoes, peeled, cored
chopped 5 lbs
    2 cup(s)  chopped onion
    1 1/2 cup(s)  chopped seeded jalapeno pepp
ers
    2/3 cup(s)  lemon juice
    3 tbsp  chopped cilantro
    2 1/2 tsp  salt

Combine ing.. and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for
30 min. Spoon into clean hot jars. Process in boiling water for 20 min.
Makes about 5 pints.
