| 1/2 tsp | chili powder |
| 10 oz | can kidney beans |

| 1/2 cup(s) | rice, uncooked |
| 5 oz | tomato paste |
| 6 oz | tomato juice |
| some | sharp cheddar cheese |
brown hamburger and spices in oil. Add tom paste and juice, beans, water,
and rice and salt.
Put in casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cook over
one hour at 350
