Spinach bites

| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 tsp | baking powder |
| 1 tbsp | dijon mustard |

| 4 oz. | fresh, cooked and chopped |
Oven 350. 9x13 dish. Melt butter. Beat eggs and add all but cheese and
spinach. Blend. Fold in cheese and spinach. Bake 30 min. Let rest 10
min. Cut into squares. May freeze this. Reheat 350 for 10-15 min.
