    1 cup(s)  fish fillets
    2 tbsp  oil
    2  leeks, white part
    2 ribs  celery
    2 cup(s)  peeled diced potatoes
    2 cup(s)  water
    5 oz tin  clams
    2 cup(s)  scalded milk
    1/2 cup(s)  cream
    1 tsp  salt
    1/4 tsp  pepper
Melt butter and saute leeks and celery. Add pots and cover. Cook to tender. Add clams with liquid and seafood. Simmer 5-8 min. Stir in
      milk, cream, seasonings. Do not boil.
