2 cedar planks- 6 by 8 in. ,so aked overnight | |
3/4 cup(s) | maple syrup |
1/4 cup(s) | Captain Morgan spiced rum, (o |

2 tbsp | caraway seeds, crushed |
1 tbsp | black peppercorns, crushed |
Combine all marinade ing.. Cut salmon into 8-oz. pieces and cover with
marinade for 4 hours. Wipe off excess liquid. Reserve. Place fish on
planks, and on barbie. Close lid. Bake 12-15 min. Boil reserved
marinade to syrup consistency. Drizzle over fish.
