    2  skinless salmon fillets
2 cedar planks- 6 by 8 in. ,so aked overnight
    3/4 cup(s)  maple syrup
    1/4 cup(s)  Captain Morgan spiced rum, (o
r regular)
    2 tbsp  caraway seeds, crushed
    1 tbsp  black peppercorns, crushed

Combine all marinade ing.. Cut salmon into 8-oz. pieces and cover with
marinade for 4 hours. Wipe off excess liquid. Reserve. Place fish on
planks, and on barbie. Close lid. Bake 12-15 min. Boil reserved
marinade to syrup consistency. Drizzle over fish.
