How to Make Rice Pudding for Baby

Making rice pudding for your baby is a great way to make a healthy snack or breakfast. Here is how to do it. | |
2 cups | water |
1/2 cup | Brown Rice |
1/4 cup | diced apples |
1/2 tsp | ginger |
1/8 cup | brown sugar, (optional) |
1/4 cup | raisins, (optional) |
1/8 cup | milk |
2 tsp | cinnamon |
Grind the rice up to the size of barley.
Use a medium saucepan and add all ingredients.
Cook for about 30 minutes over medium heat.
Add milk, stir. Heat for another 20 minutes, making sure that the mixture remains soupy, not pasty. Be sure to stir the mixture often and add more water or milk if needed.
