Rhubarb Strawberry meringue

2 tbsp | flour |
1 1/4 cup(s) | sugar |
2 tbsp | water |
1 pt. | strawberries |
2 | eggs, separated |
Stew rhubarb for 10 min with 1 cup sugar flour and water. Add strawberries. Slowly stir in egg yolks. Put in 8 in. casserole and bake at 350 for 10 min. Make meringue with gradual rest of sugar. (1/4 cup) Pile on pudding. Return to oven at 300 and bake 15 min. Can use | |
