1 tbsp | cold water |
4 oz | ham |
4 oz | swiss cheese |
10 | spring onions |
3 | eggs |
1 cloves | sour cream |
1 tsp | salt |
1/4 tsp | pepper |
Make pastry with the first 4 ingredients. Spread pastry in 8 inch
buttered pie dish. Pre-heat oven to 325. Put half sliced cheese on base
of the pie and sprinkle ham on top. Top with cheese and sprinkle onions.
Beat eggs, cream, salt and pepper and pour over. Bake at 325 for 30-35
