Pork Tenderloin-marinated peg

2 tbsp | oil |
1/4 cup(s) | vinegar |
lemon juice, alternative | |
1/2 tsp | worcestershire sauce |
2 tsp | soy sauce |
1/4 tsp | salt |
2 tbsp | brown sugar |
1/4 tsp | ground ginger |
1/2 med | onion |
Heat oil & vinegar together. Add remaining ing. pour over meat. leave in
frig. overnite. turn meat over while marinating. Transfer meat & marinade
to small roaster. Bake at 300 for 1 1\2 hrs. baste
