Lemon Raisin Loaf -Xmas

Water over raisins. Bring to boil. Remove and cool. Beat butter, sugar and egg. Stir in lemon rind, jiuce and raisin mix. | |

salt together. with nuts. Add to rest. Bake in 9x5x3 loaf pan. Bake
one hour at 350.
