| 1/2 cup(s) | butter |
| 1 medium | onion |
| 1 1/2 lb | mushrooms |
| 1/4 cup(s) | flour |
| 2 cup(s) | milk |
| 1 cup(s) | whipping cream |
| 1 8-oz can | water chestnuts, drained an |

| 1/2 tsp | tabasco |
| 2 tsp | soy sauce |
| 3/4 tsp | pepper |
| 1 1/4 tbsp | salt |
| 1 1/2 cup(s) | grated cheese |
Cook beans. Saute onions and mushies. Stir in flour. Add milk and cream
and cook. Stir in sauces and cheese and spices. Stire till cheese melts.
Pour over beans. Bake to hot at 350
