    1/2 cup(s)  sesame seeds
    2 tbsp  coriander seeds
    2 tbsp  cumin seeds
    2 tsp  black pepper
    1 tsp  flaked sea salt
crush in blender fry in frypan store in refrigerator serve with olive oil & pita or preheat oven to 350 blend hazelnuts spread hazelnuts on tray + toast process (remove as much skin as poss) heat frypan + cook
      sesame seeds

.1-2 min until golden
add to hazelnuts
put coriander
+cumin seeds in fry pan-+cook -1-2min or until-seeds start to pop.pound
until ground or use coffee grinder. (gill used food processor),
add to
mixture and mix
