    2 lbs.  cut beans
    5 cups  vinegar
    5 cups  water
    1/2 cup  coarse salt
    1 small clove  garlic
    1/4 tsp.  cayenne, (opt)or crushed red
    1-2 heads  dill
    1  jalapeno pepper
    1/4 tsp  whole mustard seeds, (opt)
    1/4 tsp  dill seed, (opt)

fill jars with beans & pour hot brine over 1/2 in from top, cut beans into
good lengths make hot brine from vinegar salt water.
Put 1clove garlic +
1pepper + dill in each sar
no more than 10 min hot water preserve
1 big
jar very packed
Makes about 3 large jars.
