1 | onion |
1 cloves | garlic |
2 tbsp | chopped parsley |
1 cup(s) | white wine |
1 cup(s) | sauteed mushrooms |
2 | peeled and chopped tomatoes |
1 qt | butter |
salt and pepper on cod. Arrange on stove top dish. Sprinkle spices.
Pour wine over. Cover with mushrooms and tomato. Bring to boil, then
simmer 15 or 20 min. Put fish out. Reduce liquid to half. Add butter
and pour over.
