1/3 cup(s) | plain yogurt |
2 tsp | prepared mustard |
2 tsp | onion, finely chopped |
2 tbsp | dill weed |
1 qt | mayonnaise |
2 tbsp | parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup(s) | cheddar cheese |
Preheat oven to 450. Cod in greased glass dish. Combine yogurt, mustard, | |
onion, dill, and mayo. Salt and pepper the fish and spread yogurt mix |
over. Bake 10-12 min. per inch. Sprinkle fish with cheeses and paprika.
Broil 1 min. Serve with lemon wedges.
