<RecipeText>Préchauffez le four a 210•C. Déroulez la pâte à pizza et posez la sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfurisé. Étalez la sauce tomate.
Coupez la mozza en lamelles. Émiettez le gorgonzola. Rincez, effeuillez et ciselez le basilic.
Répartissez la mozza et le gorgonzola sur la sauce tomate, parsemez d&apos;emmental et de parmesan. Enfournez pour 15 a 20 min.
A la sortie du four, parsemez le dessus de la pizza de basilic ciselé.
