Dans un plat en verre peu profond, mélanger la sauce soja, le vin de riz, l'huile de sésame, le gingembre et l'ail. Ajouter les oignons verts et le bifteck et les retourner pour bien les enrober. Couvrir le plat d'une pellicule de plastique et laisser mariner au réfrigérateur pendant au moins 4 heures. (Vous pouvez préparer le bifteck et les oignons verts jusqu'à cette étape. Ils se conserveront jusqu'au lendemain au réfrigérateur.) 2. Verser la marinade dans une petite casserole et porter à ébullition à feu moyen-vif. Réduire le feu et laisser mijoter pendant 3 minutes. Réserver. 3. Régler le barbecue au gaz à puissance moyenne-élevée. Mettre le bifteck et les oignons verts sur la grille huilée du barbecue et fermer le couvercle. Cuire le bifteck de 10 à 12 minutes pour une viande mi-saignante ou jusqu'au degré de cuisson désiré (retourner le bifteck et le badigeonner de la marinade réservée à la mi-cuisson) et cuire les oignons verts pendant environ 4 minutes ou jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient tendres. 4. Mettre le bifteck sur une planche à découper et le couvrir de papier d'aluminium, sans serrer. Laisser reposer pendant 5 minutes, puis le couper en tranches.
