<RecipeText>Préchauffer le four à 180 C.
Faire bouillir l'eau et le beurre.
Retirer du feu et incorporer la farine.
Ensuite remettre sur feu doux quelques secondes.
Après mettre 1 oeuf. Une fois que celui si est bien intégrer dans la pâte, reproduire 3 fois la même opération.
Enfin, rajouter la pincée de sel.
Enfourner pendant 20 minutes.
