    1  baking potato 7 oz
    1 tsp  olive oil
    4½ oz  white fish
    1 oz  frozen peas
    1 serving  salad leaves
    3 tsp  low fat salad dressing
    1  pear

1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
2. Wash the potato but do not peel. Cut into thick chips and place in a bowl with the oil. Toss well to ensure the chips are all coated with oil.
3. Place on a non-stick baking tray and bake for 30-40 minutes or until cooked through.
