    1/4 cup  unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 14-oz. can  sweetened condensed milk
    6 cups  whole milk
    2 cups  heavy whipping cream
    2 teaspoons  vanilla extract
    2 cups  semi-sweet chocolate chips
    mini  marshmallows for serving

Instructions
1) Heat up 1 cup of milk in the microwave. Stir in cocoa until blended. In a 4-quart (or larger) slow cooker, combine the milk cocoa mixture with the remaining ingredients. Give it a good stir.
2) Cover and cook on low for about 2 hours. Stir occasionally as it warms up.
3) It's ready when all the chocolate has melted and mixture is warm.
4) Ladle into mugs and top with marshmallows or whipped cream and a mini candy cane.

Decadent Hot Chocolate
6 cups of whole milk
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup unsweetened natural or dutch-process cocoa powder
2 teaspoons vanilla
