    4 slices  bacon, cut into small pieces
    1 lb.  Brussells Sprouts, halved
    3 cloves  garlic, sliced
    3  sage leaves
    2  bay leaves
    2 oz.  olive oil
      salt and pepper
    3 slices  lemon
    1 T  butter

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cook bacon, drain on paper towel.
3. In a large bowl add remaining ingredients except butter. Toss until well-coated with oil.
4. Lay out piece of parchment paper over sheet of tin foil on a sheet pan. Pour sprouts into center of pan. Top with bacon and butter.
5. Fold foil over itself and put into preheated oven.
6. Bake 45-60 minutes or until they smell done.
