    2 lbs  pork cut in small Pieces
    1  onion, (sliced)
    1  green cardamoms
    2.5 cm  cinnamon
    2.5 cm  ginger piece
    1/2 teaspoon  pepper
    1/2 teaspoon  salt
    1 tablespoon  coriander leaves

Process
Grind all spices. Wash pork and sprinkle on it salt. Heat ghiu and fry onion till it becomes golden. Add all spices (ground) and fry for 2 minutes. Add pieces of pork and fry until golden brown. Pour a cup of water and go on cooking gently till pork hccomcs tender. Add water if required during cooking. Serve.
Preparation time: 40 minutes.
Serves 4-5 servings.
