20. Pork Curry (2)

2 lbs | pork cut in small Pieces |
1 | onion, (sliced) |
1 | green cardamoms |
2.5 cm | cinnamon |
2.5 cm | ginger piece |
1/2 teaspoon | pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | salt |
1 tablespoon | coriander leaves |
Process
Grind all spices. Wash pork and sprinkle on it salt. Heat ghiu and fry onion till it becomes golden. Add all spices (ground) and fry for 2 minutes. Add pieces of pork and fry until golden brown. Pour a cup of water and go on cooking gently till pork hccomcs tender. Add water if required during cooking. Serve.
Preparation time: 40 minutes.
Serves 4-5 servings.
