2 filets | walleye fish-about 4 oz. each |

Preheat nonstick pan with about 4 T avocado oil.
In a medium-size bowl, beat the eggs and water until smooth.
On a large plate, combine the seasoned bread crumbs, cornstarch , and seasoned salt; stir to combine evenly.
Dip the fish filets into the beaten eggs and then dredge in the crumb mixture to coat thoroughly on both sides. Place the coated filet in the preheated pan
Fry about 3 minutes per side
Serve while hot.
