15-20 | red jalapeños, habanero, cayennes, seeded cut in half |
8-10 | Garlic cloves |
Onion 1 medium diced or sliced | |
4 T | Light Brown sugar |
2 T | Soy sauce |
1 | Fresh ginger, 1 oz. sliced |
1 T | Salt |
2 C | White vinegar |
1/2 C | Water |
Remove seeds from peppers. Sauté peppers, onion and garlic for 3-5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-20 min.
Blend until smooth.
