2 reg size boxes lemon pie and pudding filling
    3/4 c  sugar
    1 1/2 tsp  grated lemon rind
    3 T  squeezed lemon juice
3 eggs yolks reserve whites for meringue1 2/3 c. waterMix egg yolks with sugar, lemon rind and juice until soupy Then add both packages of pudding Add water gradually Meringue— 3 egg whites from above
    1/2 c  sugar
    1/4 tsp  cream of tartar

Add sugar to stiffened egg whites

Bake at 425 til golden brown.
