3 eggs yolks reserve whites for meringue1 2/3 c. waterMix egg yolks with sugar, lemon rind and juice until soupy Then add both packages of pudding Add water gradually Meringue— 3 egg whites from above | |

Add sugar to stiffened egg whites
Bake at 425 til golden brown.
