Baked Feta with Rosemary and Pine Nuts

400 gram | block of creamy feta |
¼ cup | olive oil |
Zest and juice 1 lemon | |
2 medium | tomatoes chopped |
½ teaspoon | smoked paprika |
½ teaspoon | ground turmeric |
2 cloves | garlic, crushed |
Few springs fresh rosemary | |
¼ cup | pine nuts |
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C fan bake.
Place feta in a shallow ovenproof serving dish. Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl and season lightly. Spoon over feta. Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese very soft. Serve with herbed yoghurt and quinoa flatbreads.
