Lemon juice of 1 squeezed lemon
One and a half glasses of purified water
Method of preparation:
Start with the chia seeds, put them in a bowl with a little bit of water to stay for an hour. In this way their fibers will be used much better. Afterwards, filtrate the seeds and put them in a mixer together with the lemon juice and the water. Mix all ingredients nicely.
