    1tsp  Oil
    1/8 tsp  minced garlic
    1/8 tsp  ginger, minced
    1⁄2 cup(s)  Mushrooms, fresh (sliced)
    10 items  peanuts, chopped
    1⁄2 cup  peas, edible-podded (snow peas or sugar snap)
    1⁄2 cup  carrots, shredded
    1/4 cup  water chestnut, canned and sliced
    4oz  Lean flank beef, raw (sliced)
    1Tbsp  Sauce, asian stir-fry



Heat garlic and ginger in oil until fragrant; add steak, vegetables and water chestnuts. Stir-fry until beef is cooked through and vegetables are tender; stir in sauce and sprinkle with peanuts.
