1⁄2 cup | carrots, shredded |
1/4 cup | water chestnut, canned and sliced |
4oz | Lean flank beef, raw (sliced) |
1Tbsp | Sauce, asian stir-fry |
Heat garlic and ginger in oil until fragrant; add steak, vegetables and water chestnuts. Stir-fry until beef is cooked through and vegetables are tender; stir in sauce and sprinkle with peanuts.
