    1 lb  ground sweet Italian sausage
    1 clove  garlic minced
    2T  fresh basil
    1T  dried basil, alternative
    1 1/2 tsp  salt
    1 lb  canned whole San Marzano tomatoes
    2-6oz cans  tomato paste
    10-12 oz  lasagne noodles, (oven ready if available)
    2  eggs
    3 C  ricotta cheese
    1/2  grated parmesan cheese
    2 T  dried parsley flakes
    1tsp  salt
    1/2 tsp  black pepper
    1lb  mozzarella sliced thin

Brown meat and spoon off excess fat.

Add next 5 ingredients breaking up tomatoes by hand. Simmer for approx. 30 min. Stirring occasionally

Beat eggs and combine with ricotta, parm, parsley,salt, and black pepper.

Layer half the noodles in 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Spread with half the ricotta filling and half the sauce and half the mozzarella cheese. Repeat then bake @ 375 for approx 30 min.
