Asian Turkey and Green Bean sauté

12 ounces | green beans |
1 tsp | ginger root grated |
1 10 ounce bag | brown rice |
1 Tbsp | sesame oil |
3 ounces (1 cup) | green onions |
1 1/2 pound | ground turkey |
3 Tbsp | chili sauce with garlic |
3 Tbsp | hoisin sauce |
1 Tbs | soy sauce |
1 Tbsp | rice vinegar |
Direction
1. Microwave green bean for 3 minute on High
2. Cook rice
3. Preheat a large sauté pan and place sesame oil & onions - cook and stir for 1 months minutes
4. Add turkey - cook 4-5 minutes until no pink
5. Reduce heat - stir in chili, hoisin sauce, ginger, and green beans - simmer for 2-3 months minutes (until sauce thickens)
5. Stir in soy sauce and vinegar - cook for 1 minute
6. Serve over rice
