In bottom of small roaster layer of potatoes ,layer of carrots, and then a layer of carrots and then layer of onions and celery. Brown 2lbs. Hamburger put on the onions over this put a can of peas juice and all them put 2cans of tomatoes. Bake 11/2 hrs and 1/2 hr with cover off
