    3/4 cup  all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup  quick cooking or rolled oats
    3/4 cup  buttermilk
    1/4 cup  milk
    1 tbsp  sugar
    1 tsp  honey, alternative for sugar
    2 tbsp  vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp  baking soda
    1 tsp  baking powder
    1/2 tsp  salt
    1  egg

Beat all ingredients together.
Heat (greased if necessary) griddle until water drops skitter around.
Pour about 1/4 cup onto hot griddle
Cook until pancakes are dry around the edges.
Flip and cook other side until golden brown.
To facilitate the pouring of the honey, dip the measuring spoon into the vegetable oil before measuring the honey.
