Cut in two or in large pieces:
    2  carrots
    1  celery root
    1  leek
    1  potato
    1  onion
    1  tomato
Cook in:
    1 liter  water
with:
    1 bunch  parsley
    1 tbsp  olive oil
    1 cube  chicken bouillon
      whole black pepper
Bring to a boil, let cook a little while. Remove the skin and fat of
    4  chicken thighs
Wash with
      lemon juice
Add to the soup. Let cook over low heat until the chicken is cooked through - or until ready to eat. Break in small pieces
    200 g  spaghettini, or for kids use alphabet pasta

Cook separately.
Pass the soup in a sieve in order to separate the soup from the vegetables and meat. Add the cooked pasta to the soup. Serve the vegetables and soup separately.
This soup can also be preparaed with polpetine (see separated recipe), in which case the meat is left in the soup to eat.
